Is 79811 since 5 days the parcel has arrived in nasik city but the delivery boy is ringing my phone bell and disconnecting phone without speaking . He has given one reason as address is unlocated but on 5th Dec.ecom has delivered me one parcel on same address .

It's 16th april today, I've been following up since last 3 to 4 days, but still no proper answer. I've not received the parcel til now. Ecom Express Nashik is the Worst Courier Service I have ever experienced, Not Once, Not Twice but on Many Occasions! They never deliver the product. They always ask you to come & pick up parcel from their Adgaon Naka Office & Store house. Never seen such unprofessional people. They never receive calls. If By mistake they ever come to deliver your product, they will come at odd time, & will never cooperate in the timings you're comfortable & then they will ask you to collect uour parcel from their Adgaon Naka Office which is too far for anyone & almost out of Nashik City. So, They Make you the Delivery Boy & They themselves keep earning without even working! Such a shame!
