We sent a parcel from Trichy to Mammiyoor and have been following up with them for last 2 days. They told it's out for delivery and asked the receiver to come and collect it. They didn't even let us know on the same before. We paid for the door step delivery and not for causing any sort of inconvenience to the receiver. I don't recommend this service.

3 Weeks Before I send a Fishing rod to Kannur through this Courier after booking the item 2 days later a lady staff called and told that They can't send the item bcoz Kannur is listed as Containment Zone because of Corona issues. Iam ready to wait for some days because my Customer told me that only Professional Courier is near to his house so he can collect it easily he also ready to wait. We waited for 3 Weeks but no positive response from them so my Customer told me to cancel that and Book through DTDC courier. Today i reached there to cancel the order with the booking slip two staffs are there. I told them to Cancel the parcel and refund the money but they told me that they don't know how to cancel that there is a lady staff handling that section she went to a nearby shop. Then i waited around 10 minutes and told them to call that staff and ask her how to cancel the order. But they people are not ready for that they told me that they are busy with their work. At last i decided to take my parcel back without cancelling. Very worst Service. Professionalisum is only in the name their behaviour is very Bad 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

My first impression was very bad.My relative requested for quick delivery from calicut to guruvayoor on 5th october and due to some issue i got the package call after 3days. Even the website also showed some issue so my relative enquired to the calicut courier centre and they told him that they would call him back shortly but there was no call and my brother had to go all the way to the office and it was closed. According to the website, my package was delivered to guruvayoor branch by 6th october but when i enquired they haven't recieved the package. After 2 days i got a call from Kunnamkulam branch that they the package is delivered there.workers behaviour was good towards me. Atleast they cared to search for my product eventhough they are busy.Thats my first impression with these courier service.

The lady who called from the office named "Rajan" was quite rude and unprofessional. On asking why she could not deliver the package to my residence instead of a place 200m away, her response was that she did not really have to even deliver it near my place, instead I can go to her office at Guruvayur to collect it. These kind of behaviour is really what brings the entire image of a company down. When asked for her name, she gave a guy's name! Will never use this service ever.
