Company denied delivery due to unavailability of staff/vehicle. Had to pickup from their warehouse which is 40km outside the city. To my surprise my package was already damaged and was lying on the ground. Pathetic customer support and one of the worst companies to deal with. Govt. Employees are much more organized and better than this company. Would never recommend ....

Hopeless service! My consignment from Gurgaon was stuck in their warehouse in Hyderabad for 10 days now and is still not being sent further to the destination. Horrible, irresponsive, irresponsible and absolutely no level of customer service or support whatsoever. Never ship with these guys!

Worst transport ever have seen in my life. My consignment was booked 20 before from Delhi still I'm strangling to get the thing. There is no positive response please don't try this.

One of the worst company to deal with. Pathetic customer service and always too much delay in delivery. Called at least 50plus times and all the numbers listed are busy. Once call connects they give another number and history repeats... Absolutely not recommended.
