Very unpleasant service. They call us to collect the parcel instead of delivering it to the address. Had experienced the same in a city like Bengaluru where they had refused to do home delivery within 500meters.

Unprofessional, people who run the business dont know how to speak and respond. Despite being sent to correct address, item was returned to sender without even a notification. As per the tracking item was received at their branch at 4PM and at 9 PM they decided and sent the item back saying wrong address. I am not sure how within few hours they tried to deliver the item and decided address is not present. (fun fact is same item has been delivered to same address multiple times in the past 5 years )

Very unprofessional of them. They accept courrier even if they cannot deliver them. My courrier was supposed to be delivered to Ishwaramangala and they refused to do so saying they do not service to my place. If they cannot deliver items, why do they even accept in the first place. I had to spend 500rs to get the parcel, as I needed it urgently. The representatives on the phone are also very unreasonable and cuty call 3/4 times. I will not recommended them nor use their service in the future.
