Avail of this courier service only at the risk of losing your sanity. This is about Professional at Coonoor. A letter was booked on April 29th. It reached its destination of Bangalore on May 4. In between, calls to the Bedford office were either not picked up, or put off with 'the courier will reach the next day'. Please note: This consignment could not be tracked on the website. Professional main office, I have a question for you - why say tracking is available when it is not? Also, what kind of staff do you have at your offices? Not even the basic decency of addressing a customer grievance. Even in small places such as this, there are other courier services. Perhaps that is something you have forgotten.

Very unreliable courier services. They wouldn't come to deliver at your location and will always expect you to come and collect from their hub. Worst part is, they wouldn't even call u to inform when the courier has arrived at the hub. You have to keep a track of it yourself, else they will conveniently just return your courier back to source. Not recommended at all.

Worst ever experience with Professional courier Coonoor... There was a parcel which needs to be delivered on 10th Sept when called they say that the owner has gone to a marriage and there is no vechiele to deliver the parcel... They tell their personal reasons for not delivering the parcel... When called up Manger Prem, He was also very irresponsible in answering about my parcel... Worst experience ever and i don't y they promise that they will deliver in a particular day.

Very very irresponsible and poor service. I sent a medicine courier on 17/04/2022 morning. This is the 4th day, but didn't deliver the parcel even it reached on 18th itself. I called them today and asked about the status, they put the receiver on the table for 6 minutes and cut the call. One star is more than enough for their service.

Twice I had very important documents and parcel that were never delivered. After TEN DAYS we find out that it was in their office and they had the gall to tell us that we were the ones who need to come pick it up. During these covid times they have increased their prices to ridiculous rates and keep changing and there is no standard. .. Currently I have a parcel that has been delivered to their office. It's been 5 days. And they haven't contacted me yet.
