I'd rather not even take my time to write about this unprofessional delivery company. This is more of a warning and notice to anyone caught in their web of lies. I don't know how it works in other places but in calicut this is THE WORST courier service. Locations in Map are fake, Phone number is not available, customer care can't even help. If unfortunately you guys have ordered something and the delivery service is Ecom, you're better off canceling the order.

Irresponsible manager and don't know how to behave to customer or deal with a huge godown. The delivery boy call her once but we can't attend the call and at that time we call the delivery boy and can't connect to the delivery boy. After 6 days we went to the warehouse and enquire about them they misbehave with us.

I had ordered a medical equipment part of ventilator.They kept it in their godown for three days.Finally during lockdown I went there to get it. They had the item right in front in a sack. Myself a doctor had to argue with the person for half and hour and even after telling him it's a medical equipment the person was initially unwilling to give it to me( a prepaid item).It seems he called his manager also he also told not to give stating some excuse.Finally I told I will call the police then he was willing to give it to me.I hope none of his relatives have to go through a ventilator related ordeal.Truly unprofessional and a lazy bum.
