My debit card suppose to deliver by Feb 2022 and here in may 2022 m still waiting for my delivery. I checked with bank and got tracking number as per tracking ID they did not do any delivery attempt itself and i am not sure if my parcel is with them or not . mention ph no is invalid .I have go post of and get the information .it's totally careless i would say .how they can't do even delivery attempt.

Worst experience ever They don't even call you when your parcel arrives, not they deliver the parcel to you. Very slow services After 10 days also didn't get my parcel I had to go myself and pick it up . Also they don't even talk properly to u 😑😑

Sometimes the work here is very slow.. the courier is already arrived but the delivery gets on the next day or next to the next day.. Moreover they don't take responsibility for lost package.. A package of mine was lost which i did courier to my friend and never found it back again..
