I send parcel , approximately 45 kg Dubai to India. The Dubai office person with in 3 weeks you will recive your home town. Almost 3 weeks finish, I try to contact st courier office Dubai person no one response properly, I send msg a week more than 3 to 4 times but no reply. Ok I try to find home town branch st courier office number, even no attend phone call. After I went office directly there told I don't know, Who know about my parcel. I went mannargudi branch I show my bill they are told I don't know sir. This is way to respond your customers. Even no know about my parcel. Finally 7 weeks laterly I received my parcel. Very disappointed.
