Worst Customer Service. They make customer wait. My personal experience. Went to courier my 2-wheeler. They made us wait for more than 30 minutes, while they were enjoying and chilling and busy in their own talks. Being from Uttara Kannada i know how VRL service is. But what i experienced at Bangalore - Yelahanka Branch was pathetic. You can even cross check if you have cctv installed. Nov Last week.
