Literally the worst courier service ever. The staff doesn't care about delivering your parcel to you. You will have to drive to their office and get it yourself after having paid for home delivery. The staff members are rude when you call them and ask them about the parcel. They even lied to the sender when he asked if the parcel has been delivered or not. They are the most unprofessional courier services in the world🤬.

Very rude, bad, thirdclass and irresponsible service. The staff does not have manners to talk to the customer especially the lady sitting at the counter. I was contacted after 3-4 days after my parcel arrived, told unable to find the address, contacted again the next day saying the delivery boy is sick, after 3-4 days When went to collect the parcel, it was said that it was sent to another branch because your area comes in that branch, contacted them, they also asked to collect from the branch without giving any reason, but after sitting there for some time, the delivery was received. Please think carefully before taking or giving their service. Especially my address is only 1.6 km from their branch. Even before this I had collected my parcel by going to their branch.

Worst. My parcel of guppy fish landed at their Sadar office on 18th afternoon and even if we consider 19th Sunday as a holiday, it should have reached me yesterday, i.e., 20th. Today, I had to call to remind them. Very unprofessional courier. They have charged me around 200 rupees for the parcel.

I provide my proper number but in boxex they write some different number....they put all information incorrect because of that i suffered alot. I have called them 3 times all they say is tomorrow it will be done which never comes! And they say if its urgent pick it up yourself ! The lady is very unprofessional. my address is just 5kms from their office, but they were keep saying we can not deliver to your location, come to our office and collect the parcel otherwise we will send back to the original destination. unfortunately I have to go to their office to collect the parcel. Worst ever experience with the centre in Sadar. Ultimately I had to pickup the parcel from Sadar as they gave lame excuses that my address is untraceable, which was not the case for the past 2 parcels in February. The lady at the reception has absolutely no respect for the customer and in turn says to complain to whoever they want in the worst manner of speaking. Worst ever experience. Will never step in to any professional courier centre ever. Also if you can not take action in written and give me results, I suggest you to change your name to Unprofessional Couriers.
