These people did not deliver my parcel on time even after assuring that they will…. how can you be so careless with a time sensitive parcel? Never use this courier service!!! edit: the parcel was returned to me but it also took time and lots of calling!

Delayed Services, No proper Co-ordination in their branches, Irritated staff on phone 📞calls. I received my 'very urgent' courier packet after 14 days after 20-25 phone calls.

This center is not reliable at all for international shipment. Center people refused to pack items after seeing them and the pro.ised thry will pack it later. Also did not handover itemised list. Out if 13 items only 11 received at destination to USA. When we asked they were rude simply said that during transit at Mumbai airport security removed two items. Only expensive items are missing and remaining items delivered. When I inquired airport authority said items were not blacl listed and morr over they do not chek them as receiver country will scan them and if required they will open it. In both sebario from security we git claen cheat. only expensive items are missing. its clear that courier center did nit pack them . Do not go to this center. labor is not reliable.
