I'm not sure about their logistics services, but this review is about their travel service from Nashik to Bangalore. I will list down the things that should not have happened. 1. The journey took more than 23 hrs instead of the usual 21 hrs. 2. I know they never promised for any amenities but they don't even provide sheets or blanket for such long journey. 3. I was charged a hefty amount of 3200 for one person and still did not get the ysual stuff that was supposed to be there. For instance, shelves and TV's in the berth were missing as shown in their website and advertising on travel apps. When I asked about the missing shelf and TV, the driver responded that if I have a smart phone then why would I need a TV. They also charge for extra luggage bryond 20kg for each passenger. Don't worry, they dont weigh your baggage but take a good guess by the number of baggage you carry. The driver will surely ask for bribe if they suspect you are carrying extra weight and haven't paid for it. I would suggest you guys to plan your journey meticulously and consider such long road travel only if it the only option you have. In any case, travel by railways is always a better idea.
