VRL logistics branch in Vadodara run by Rahul sharma is fraud man, irresponsible, unprofessional and rude person..He speaks very politely till he get order and pick up your luggage after that he didn't respond for commited scheduled for delivery and not even pick up call and he keep your luggage abandoned. I suggest don't go with this person they will damage your luggage and take a month for delivery throu local truck and his Parsons asking for extra charges for unloading at destination.
