Absolute scam. Exorbitant cost and my items were just left in the lobby because the drivers refused to shift my things 2 floors up (with an elevator for help that too) because they weren't paid by VRL for it, even though we paid them especially for that service as well.

Horrible......the staff just doesn't want buisness.....their only objective is how much I can damage the customer....!! The staff is into damaging VRL to maximum...especially one person by name Venkatesh.... 3 days up still keeping our items with them.......only God can help these insane people....

Very bad experience.. vrl employee doesn't know about their domain itself.. educating of there employees they must have forgotten..they doesn't know how to behave with customers.. customers satisfaction and helping them it is very far...
