My products received were open and missing important pieces worth thousands for which they blamed the packing (which is recieved from their own pick up point). They claim to have thousands of customers and won't need my goodwill. If you recieved a package from these goons be sure to be disappointed and be helpless about your precious goods. I wish my vendor had sent the package through VRL like I asked. And I don't need a self generated sorry response with no meaning to it.
