This place used to have great service but recently I have been disappointed twice there. 1) One day I went to send a document and the lady at the front desk said it's not "allowed" to send a DTDC courier without Xerox copy of ID proof(this cannot be true since I have sent multiple package through this same shop over the past 2years) 2) Second incident was when I went last week to send an urgent package and the same lady told me they can't do it now since their Guwahati services are under halt and she said she would call me when the service restarts. That same day I went to DTDC Bardawali and sent my package successfully 😃 and till today I didn't receive a call from the lady. Not sure if this is in general bad service or she particularly has a problem. Guess I'll never find out because I'm never going back there. Have a good life 👍🏼

Not satisfied with the booking process. Waiting period is more than 10-15 minutes. Chaotic ambience from the delivery staff. The booking process is non satisfactory as a customer

Worst service by DTDC my courier got more than 1 month to reach and came all damaged.

Very unprofessional behaviour, The shipment(from Agartala to USA ) was delivered after 25 days .after being assured that the shipment will be delivered max by 11 days. The MOST disappointing part was that the parcel was booked in system after 7 days and started shipping the courier after 14 days from booking date , and In the mean time i have contacted them but there was no response from there end, Extremely unsatisfactory.
