Before delivering i got mail saying successfully delivered. As per the tracker it was from Cochin Apex edapally.tried to contact them but no number available.tried customer care and informed package not delivered.they raised penalty on delivery boy.later that day evening package delivered and as per his request I tried to cancel the complaint but the woman in customer care knows ONLY Hindi though i selected South India Kerala option.she herself disconnected the call .then had to call DTDC kochi and made them cancel my complaint. Please provide contact number too of delivering partner along with tracking option.

The worst customer service. DTDC edappally kunampuram . The people working there has a nerve. I lost a client's service just because of their attitude. They cannot courier it to door step when other courier service can do that without any hesitation. We pay the money for courier service and they act like as if its not done for money ( service charge ) . Pls mention that your service personals are not professional and don't waste our time .
