One of the worst service I never seen staffs are such rud behaviour to customers in thiruvarur office. We got the parcel from chennai and and thiruvarur office no one intimated to us and return back my parcel to chennai. When I called the officials they are give the details properly also they didn't come to home address and not even called me. Please do not send any parcel to thiruvarur DTDC office.
