The most horrible service and even more horrible customer service. When I am asking to clarify my problem he rudely asks me to keep the phone and cuts the call on me. If you guys don't know how to run a business then don't. Why are you troubling people?? My parcel has been in Bangalore sicne the past week and I have sent this parcel 15 days ago. Why can't you delivery it???

Worst experience i have ever had with corrier packages ever. Not sure how to contact them once our parcel is on hold. They simply keep our package on hold by telling the pincode number is incorrect even though we have inputed in correctly. First of all these are expensive, now again to verify it to correct they again want us to pay . and the email customer care will never revert on emails.

This review is only for those who ship there or drop there products at DTDC Hub. I dropped my 2 shipments on 17th October 2022 around 5pm the concerned person named Rohan Took the parcel and he said it has been scanned in 2 shipments 1 shipment got processed and got delivered in 2 days The other parcel has no movement after that it was Diwali after 3 days so I thought it was public holiday and delivery services will slowdown during the festival time so i didn't do any follow-up that was the biggest mistake of my life which i did It is been 16 Days even today the parcel is not delivered i went to Hub to enquire what was the issue they started to play Blame Game on me that you should have come same day that why the parcel has not updated due to Carelessness of Mr.Rohan An e-commerce shipment is lost in the Hub and he gives lame explanations and assures fake promises that he will call after 1 hour but my friend you will never get any call As it was a Cash on Delivery order i am fully liable of the product and i will get Bad name for my business due to Carelessness of the Person Named Rohan. If Shipments of Cash on Delivery is only not safe then how can a person trust the same person doing a pre-paid shipment. So i here by request the people who are planning to send through DTDC and handover there parcel to Mr.Rohan Please think 10 times and handover to him because even you guys will face the same issue as i did . I know very well the shipment has been taken by any of the employees as it is free gift to them . It is whole loss of the seller The worst experience have ever faced in this particular office

Worst Delivery Guys. My parcel came from delhi to banglore and this people without calling me or informing me they updated fake status in there tracking portal and they sent back to Delhi. I have raised ticket and now they say its resolved with any action . Even customer care and chat support r waste ppl .
