Doesn't deserve even 1 star. I placed an order on a website and they choose this great delivery partner. The order was supposed to be delivered atleast 3 days ago. They take up the consignment and after it reaches the destination hub they return the order saying that the area is not serviceable. My order is stuck at their hub and they are not even attempting to call me and let me know that there is a delay or what is the alternative. And if we want to call them, Their customer care number is out of service. I called atleast 5 to 6 different numbers from multiple branches in bangalore. All the mobile numbers are out of order and they don't pick up the landline numbers even if you call them 10 to 15 times continuously. Such a pathetic service. I don't know when my order will be delivered or whether it will be delivered also. Even if it is delivered i hope it will be good condition and not broken

Worst experience ever i had with this courier service.i suggest no one should opt for this courier.staff are very rude and without informing us they decide themselves to return the courier as per their wish.if we ask for that they raise their voice and speak rudely and they lie at high level.managment also at its worst.bangalore branch and chennai branch are both at its worst service.

Worst service. Once the package reach nearby hub, it was told that the delivery area is out of service area. If so why did they accept the package? Tge paclage was held at their office for many days till I went and collect from 30kms..

This is one of worst courier service especially the Bangalore offices .. my parcel is still not delivered after 6 days and the worst attitude of their delivery boy Girish !! He spoke so rudely and refused to deliver the parcel saying delivery closer by 2 pm!! I have made number of follow ups and despite telling I won’t be at home on particular day he came exactly at that point and went back SUCH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT EVER BOOK WITH ST COURIERS ESPECIALLY BANGALORE.. AFTER ACCEPTING THE PARCEL TAKING MONEY FROM US THEY SAY THERE IS NO SETVICE TO OUR AREA!! Why did theY even book the parcel then .. worst experience
