The staff was courteous enough to help with queries. If you are in a hurry and wanted to have your mail delivered at earliest, give a call and know the mail pickup times and plan accordingly! It hardly has parking space and spiral stairs, have to be bit careful!

I went to courier my package to this outlet, they were charging me way to much. when i asked about the details they said they had to bobble rap and the charges was towards that!. they were charging me 1380 /- . so i told her about the Mydtdc app, which was charging me 240/- . then i was told to book it thru it if i wanted to.. well i went to other Dtdc and saved 1000/-!!! saved from rip off!!

Haslett free courier and at reasonable rates. The only concern is that they do not pickup from home. This sounded a little weird since for a courier (envelope) for which they charge 60 rupees and do not collect from home which was less than a km away.

Never ever visit this branch or any other branches of dtdc.i have recently visited 3 different branches nearby Kondapur and for a single document their charges vary a lot.Asked 250-375 for a single A4 size document.They really cheat people.For the same document I went to Post office and they charged just 42 rupees.I wouldn't recommend to visit this site in particular or any other DTDC courier.

Worst service delivered to wrong address and arguing that we have given wrong address and finally after so many calls and complaints went to the hub to receive the package. Does not have manners, common sense. They don't know how to speak with customers and at any point in your life if you face issue with DTDC, call the complaint number and raise a complaint then only your issue will be resolved. Location near Kondapur signal, 1st floor.
