Call franchisee owner he will'nt respond to calls or what's app. Complaint registered but no revert from company side. Planning to go legally to handle. Useless courier and useless team

Worst ever service seen . By Air Mode it takes 4 days to reach from Dhenkanal to Bhubaneswar and another 4 days to reach from Bhubaneswar to Kolkatta and now god knows how many days to reach delhi from Kolkatta. Already on 10 day of shipment. No response from the franchisee owner Mr.Anup , no revert on the complaint registered also. Highly unprofessional courier...Not to be trusted. thank God, it got delivered on 15th day
