Very bad experience with tci sitapura, 3 days they make fool of customer and finallly not picked up parcel. There services are on commission basis with small transporters, they don't have their own local logistics fleet.that is why no direct control on commissioned transporters.Delhivery services are good and fast , reliable and economic as compared to this hopeless tci express. As they are using word "express", but services are like Bulckcart or passenger train ,never ever depend on them for small shipments, as these greedy transporter will entertain only big fishes.gati is good in services though again om higher side. I didn't the mistake of not reading the reviews, so read the reviews first , then choose the company.

Worse service in delivering the parcel. They have a policy to keep the parcel 4-5 days at any delivery branch in India they frustrate the customer and then deliver.

It is worst courier service , and the person who 's taking the call on given contact number is not giving response for any late delivery and also misbehave while call. This service not deserve a single star for rating . Too many times they lost & damage the parcels & take more than one month for delivering parcel. Extremely bad service.
