I would not recommend anyone to use their service. Earlier I was misguided by this DTDC about the kind of time it will take to reach, that was a year back. Today I experienced a strange thing, the lady sitting in the store told me no for every questioned I asked. For ex: will you be able to send my courier ?? “NO”: will check my courier as it’s important to ship and your are closest?? “NO” : can I Enter and explain you the packing ?? “No”: you have packes?? “No”. Additional problems they won’t let you enter until you open your shoes, specially it’s a concern during this COVID times. Very weird behaviour, seemed like she didn’t want business (if she is the owner then great, but if she is an employee then the owner needs to know) hopefully this post will be read by the owner too. Moreover I was helped by DTDC Raghunathpur branch with the same courier and everything happened flawlessly.
