Even one star is not matching for the DTDC nedumangadu, they will only deliver within 5km, it is not fair because DTDC is providing door to door service to all over world except nedumangadu franchise, I contacted the head office in Delhi and filed a complaint against them because I am paying extra amount for the delivery charge and they are not supposed to provide door to door service, kindly value the customers time and money.

0 STAR Rating only!! Since it's not possible, i have given one star. Worst courier service ever, the courier we sent from here was returned back to the origin address in 4 days. When we enquired about that, they said it was returned to origin address as they thought 'From' address is the one which they need to deliver, this is how the lady was there responds. The worst part is, our courier went to the destination hub and then returned back to origin, don't they have any one agent who knows the difference between 'From' address and 'To' address. Also they have collected money from us again to sent it even the mistake was from their side. Rather than sending any courier from here better you go directly to that place and deliver by yourself. They should not consider the customer feedback or suggestions. They are very harsh behavior to the customer.. if you want to pickup your courier you should must keep your courier tracking ID... If you have no Tracking ID they should be very harsh.. please carefull. Beware it
