I have applied for a ATM card for my account of STATE BANK OF INDIA ( Narayanpur Dist ~Lakhimpur. State ~ Assam) before the lockdown was imposed by the govt. in order to protect the public from the pandemic. The ATM had arrived in the post office in the lockdown period so I couldn't collect that. After the relaxation by govt. when I went to post office to collect the card they said that due to some technical glitch we couldn't help you right now. They ask me to come after a week. When I went there after a week they said that the ATM card is sent back(returned) because I failed to collect that.I failed to collect the ATM card because of the restrictions by govt. I would like to request the authority to kindly look into this matter and help me bcz our narayanpur post office post master,post man and also whole staff are very irresponsible in their service.They donot any kind of help us.i ask the higher authority than why govt this type of govt employee posting in this area.Please provide me the necessary steps to go through Thank you.

Worst experience... You will not going to get your item if you didn't contact them.. I didn't get my atm card that was returned.. So you should be careful

Almost all facellities are available. Like ordinary post, postal savings, ordinary MO, speed post, registered post, iMO etc. Advanced facellities like international money transfer (like Western Union transfer) are not available.
