Google map says that the distance between my house and this DTDC is 2.8kms. They cannot deliver my parcel home despite paying Rs.170/- as courier charges (from Tvm-Cherthala). At 2:20PM, I got a call from this office asking me to collect my parcel before 3PM as they close their office at 3. Totally disappointed with their service. Delhivery (4.3KM) and ECOM (19.7KM) have service in my area.
