Worst experiance ever.they will never deliver on time .they update it as delivered even though they wouldnt hav delivered....and their contact number is always switched off....pls dont ever send anything through dtdc ..they will not deliver it on time even though they hav the parcel with them...and they will update it as delivered .....we ll be confused and wondering wher the parcel went..such a waste of money...and if we ask they why they dont deliver on time they will rude...all the staffs wher very rude when i called the office....

They are taking premium service charges from the customers and telling there is no vehicle for delivery in Thalassery branch. The first courier service I have seen with out delivery vehicle in my life. My friend paid 500 Rs from Kollam to send a parcel to Thalassery as premium parcel service and they are not ready to give to my address. Told me to come and collect from their office. I said I am not coming to collect it from there, and if you are not ready to deliver it return it. Then they send it in an autorikshaw to me.

Irresponsible, no door to door delivery, ridiculous behaviour, poor communication. When I went to their station to collect my package, saw that no system there. All the packages were kept on the floor and searching. There are high chance for missing the packages if you didn't collect immediately. Overall horrible experience and never ever go with DTDC again.

The disrespectful behavior of the staff, the way of speaking, the condition of not picking up and not getting the call (Switched off), then the excuse of no staff & inaccurate office timings make this branch in DTDC Thalassery very different....... Please do not do courier in this branch. ....Other courier options will make your work easier and save time... Rating 1 minimum Let it be ✌️

Safe and Secure Courier Service. Staff behavior is good. The courier charge is very low (Up to 5 Kg they are charging only 200Rs/-) compared to other parcel services.

They are useless and unreliable I paid 350+ for an express delivery and it's been two days the courier has not reached the person More than that you pay for the courier and they will call you and threaten saying we do not deliver and if you want it to be delivered we will deliver when we go home that is after office hours

Disappointed at the service. My company has send an important package which was my work related stuff through DTDC courier. It should have been delivered in June 2th and in June 4th I contacted a several DTDC branch to know the status. Then they said my courier was there in the centre and I should collect it by myself, they said there will be no delivery in my location. My address is just 5.8 KM this DTDC branch. Which courier service doesn't have delivery service within 5.8 KM? Poor service 😓 It would be fine if they updated me that my package is received and would be delayed to deliver or there is no delivery in my location and I should collect it from them but they lied to me and said "they called me but my phone was switched off on June 2th" which wasn't. I checked my call list and not a single call was missed from June 2th onwards. Even if my phone was switched off they should have contacted me the next day. I know it is a tough time because of covid but the thing that I am very disappointed was the fact that they lied to me and didn't deliver it to my address which is near highway road.
