Pathetic, refused to do pickup of courier from an office address where all other courier services including Bluedart delivers everyday. Arrogant staff argued with me saying service not available there and I'll have to take the package and deliver it to their office. They called me second time to ask for OTP and cancel the pickup. I was forced to do it as I didn't have time to waste.

Worst customer service!!! How many times you try calling them, they won't attend any calls. My package was stuck at their office for 4 days and when I tried to contact them, they never responded. They were changing the status of package online though. They claim to be India's most innovative and most awarded logistics company. But the staff behaviour doesn't say so. Most pathetic service I have ever come across.

Extremely disgusting experience. It's high time the staff of this outlet learn to respect common people and to value their time. Being totally ignorant about queries raised, not attending phonecalls and impolite response isn't what the public pay you for..It's surprising to find the staff of such a reputed courier service to be this unpolite and irresponsible. Show the basic decency to let people know the fact if you don't offer services like home pickup/delivery. It would be well and good if the staff over there, learn a bit of humility.!

This service is not home delivery, it is Office pickup. They don't provide a proper delivery services as what's assured by Merchants shipping the parcel. Though they promise home delivery on a specific date, Bluedart calls us to pick them from their office. May be this happens only for those people who are away from their office. But my pincode is listed serviceable by them

The Thodupuzha branch of internationally reputed courier service is nowhere near the standards. My concerns, 1) The staffs have no idea whats going on in there. They literally wasted my valuable time. 2) They dont have home delivery facility even in these covid situations. Endpoint: They should close this facility or select proper staffs or give the staffs some proper training. Ignore the above one's, if it is not applicable to you.

They never gonna deliver your shipping product to your home and they never take responsible for your damage shipping product and also they don't even contact you even if they reserve your shipping product. Too lazy people working there. One more thing, this is not about DHL, its all about customs services. Please, please don't sent any electronic or gift items to India from different countries because the the customs fees will be way more than your gift value. They will be add GSD,TAX,Custom fees and they will give you real hard time . I learned lessons. I hope that it will be helpful for who don't know about custom system. Thank you.
