No support is given when customer faces issues while tracking package. Calls, messages, office visit also will not help as they are very lazy to track my package. Lame answer like many customers package also we have to deal with so couldn't help to track my package. This is unacceptable. If I had consignment number i would have tracked myself online but unfortunately I lost it. So when asked to share my consignment number by checking order book of carbon copy bill providing all required details no support is given. Not even worth a ratingdue to this pathetic service.

Staff is very helpful and the service is fast. 3 stars because they don't have professional courier speed service which reaches in 1-2 days. When asked they say that the packing bags for speed couriers are not in stock come-on don't give such excuses. Customers at times need speed services

Very unprofessional courier service. My courier is misplaced and the response to low. The courier was given to them on 4th which was to Mysore but the courier has landed in Bijapur. "The Professional courier" sucks. They dont even have proper customer support, not even a single customer care number. Grow up guys.
