I've ordered from a online seller and without receiving the product the product, it was showing already has delivered. After that I complained, got to know that the product is with him and yes it is not delivered after that the courier boy came to my place and I said that don't do this kind of things. As a customer we had to pay for the product at the moment we ordered and he said "okay next time I will update that the product has returned" and he leave. Most surprising and cheap behaviour I've ever seen. I didn't expected it . Look out of yours delivery person, teach them how to behave, If you guys can't do that then stop your business.

I had seen the low rating in Google maps, still I went there because it's close to my place. I faced :- ultimate stupid behaviour, unprofessional attitude, the lady sitting in the front desk doesn't know anything about courier service. And most surprisingly she herself advised me to go to a different courier service.

Very irresponsible courier service I have seen till date .I was supposed to receive a parcel by 18th June which was dispatched from Bangalore on 15h June 2018.. But on 18 th June,the person who dispatched me the courier told me that the parcel is already being delivered on my name whereas the reality was that I haven't received that..I went to near by dtdc and enquired about the matter.They started ignoring my matter and asked me to contact different persons of another dtdc outlet..Then when I started threatened them then at last they called the delivery man with my courier... Before delivering it to the assigned person they updated in their status that it has been received by family member..Such a pathetic condition it was.
