If any issues happen in delivery he will support and make sure it will deliver to the correct address without any issues.He will clarify the doubts what ever we had. It is a very useful delivery station. It is located in shollingnallur near the signal beside the loop building. You can send the products without any issues

Very restrictive. Only 1 person allowed for a work. Very expensive. At a great place. At the Sholinganallur Junction. 1 day delivery is just a gimmick. Very low weight will cost you ₹400 for a day or else it is ₹150 for a 3 day delivery. India Post Express service is much better. Water is not at a comfortable place. You have to ask for water. They do not encourage you to drink water after a hot summer ride. Worst!

Very mixed experience..may be depending on person sitting on the counter. First experience around a year back it was very bad experience. After that I used them 2-3 more times..they person on the counter was very helpful and courteous. He was clear what he is talking about. But today again a literate gentleman (as he appeared) was there. He was not ready to take any responsibility..first he said it will reach by Tue/Wed..after that started adding that we don't have any TAT because of rains, Independence day and COVID etc. And when asked for some way out how they will help if it gets delayed..he said rudely that it's better if I use some other courier. Found Indian speed post much better than this..will certainly avoid using this specific DTDC center. Not happy at all.
