I have not received my parcel only 1 packet since last 20 days. Raised complaint with customer care for 5 times but still no action taken. This is the most pathetic courier service I've ever seen. Very much untrustworthy & non guaranteed services. Minimum rating is 1 otherwise I would have given 0 rating.

Mr Sharma promised great prices. Promised prompt and safe delivery. When my goods reached from Pune to Chandigarh, several pieces were damaged. Even though my goods were ensured, he said it was too late. He has brought the wrong items from there to Chandigarh. We had to send those back and pay extra . DONT EVER USE HIM HIS SERVICE IS THE WORST.

My consignment is there in the Pune office since last 5 days (I was told that it will be delivered in one day once it reaches to Pune) and I am waiting for that to be delivered door step. No one in the Pune office is answering the calls. Pathetic experience.!
