Yes, I had two worst experiences with DTDC. They never called me whenever their is consignment on my name. I had to collect it by my self both times. 2nd time, sweet box was the consignment. Sweets were taken out after rupturing the box. DTDC tape was applied on the box afterwards. I had complained about it on DTDC site but no reply and no action

I booked DTDC service for delivery to Pune. The box reached Pune however there were some items missing from the box which were quite noticeable as these were new clothes which still had their price tags attached to it and also some new toys which were imported and were a gift for our kid. Its really disheartening to trust someone like DTDC only to find that someone who could be responsible for handling the stuff may have been negligent or miscreant. I would like you to start an investigation on this complaint and provide me with an appropriate resolution. See all of this work is built on trust, we giving you are stuff and you handling it with integrity and responsibility.But if the trust is broken like this then it needs your further attention. I want all my lost belongings back. Thanks. Waiting for your response asap.
