One of the worst courier service is professional courier they have pathetic service and moreover they doesn't call even if your parcel reaches the courier office. I have been experiencing this multiple times and the reply i always recieve is your parcel got hold and if i ask why they are happening they will be like we do not know mam . I would never ever recommend any one to go for professional courier better go for any other courier service.
