Please Don't take there services..they are worst delivery service provider in Alibag.. it's a Franchise owned store. There delivery and pickup radius is 3 km only..this i have heard first time only..there are many better option than DTDC. Don't know after fitting in this radius also they will deliver or not..As there is no Manager or Senior staff in there office..there are just 2 employees..in there office.. everytime they will call you to pickup your parcel from there Office.. and they liked to return the parcel..they won't hesitate in returning your parcel there second question on call is should I return the parcel.. Again a reminder if you don't want to waste your time..than go with other courier partners.. if You stay near to there Office than you can go with there services

The most archaic and badly connected courier service in Alibaug area. There is a lot of miscommunication between the franchisees of this company and the customers end up incurring the cost. I would recommend more tech based options in the area that actually have a good system in place that does not rely on the lazy people (like the ones working at this outlet)

Blatantly told that they will not deliver my parcel as I live out of the city. (C'mon, its not even 10 kms away) When I went to collect the parcel and complained that other companies deliver at my doorstep, the staff just kept looking at each other. Wonderful customer awareness!

Worst Experience ! Paid flight chargers for courier to get it till home on time. But my parcel was not delivered to home, saying we don't deliver order away from city (20 km away) rather pls come & collect parcel from shop. Dtdc take charges from us for home delivery & still u don't deliver till home.
