My parcel reach shillong on date 7, today is 13 they still didn't contact me yet.. and after I call them today you know what they say , they said they tried to deliver but couldn't reach me and even threaten me to collect the parcel from office today or else they will return to the sender WTH.. if u can't deliver the parcel on time why even running a courrier service, shut the ****ing office

Worst Service, Staff who sits and do the billing and update info has so much of attitude and they don’t know how to talk to people too much of attitude. We are not using your service for free.

DTDC shillong is the worst. Very poor behavior from employee's. I can't understand how can DTDC employee such poorly trained people. Don't use DTDC ever.

Worst service. They are holding my package for last 5 days. They did not even inform me if the package needs picking up and when I called them they sounded confused. When I pressurized them they showed me the status that it was out for delivery but the parcel is still not delivered. Now they are neither picking my calls nor delivering the package. Very unprofessional. Really disappointed in their service. Pathetic. Why do you charge so much when you cannot provide proper service?
