Absolutely Terrible Experience with DTDC Courier Service I recently had the misfortune of using DTDC Courier Service, and I must say that it was one of the worst experiences I've had with a courier company. The level of incompetence and poor service I encountered throughout the entire process was beyond frustrating. Firstly, their customer service is abysmal. It's almost impossible to reach a real person on the phone. Every time I called their helpline, I was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time and eventually ended up being transferred to different departments, none of which were able to provide any useful information or assistance. It was as if they were deliberately avoiding taking responsibility for their own shortcomings. Secondly, the delivery time was a complete joke. I was promised a delivery within 3-4 days, but my package ended up being delayed by more than a week. This caused a lot of inconvenience as I was relying on the timely arrival of the package for an important event. When I tried to track the package online, the tracking information was either inaccurate or nonexistent, leaving me in the dark about its whereabouts. Furthermore, when the package finally arrived, it was in a terrible condition. It was obvious that no care had been taken to ensure its safe handling. The box was damaged, and the contents inside were in disarray. Some items were even broken, which was extremely disappointing and frustrating. To add insult to injury, when I tried to file a complaint and seek compensation for the damage caused, I was met with indifference and unresponsiveness from DTDC. They showed no concern for the inconvenience they had caused me and seemed disinterested in resolving the issue. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using DTDC Courier Service. Their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, late deliveries, and utter disregard for the condition of the packages are all reasons to avoid them at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable courier company for your shipping needs.
