Delivery guy said he will deliver package by afternoon. In evening i called their office. They asked me to call by 8. They are not answering. Even telling everyone as the package contains homeopathic medicine and I need to go to village next day. They are not taking anything seriously. Such a pathetic service.

Not even service rating of 1 star also..... This is 3rd incident in row where we have seen the worst services from DTDC. Your team is full of liars and not working up to the mark. Your delivery person had never visited to the mentioned address and mentioned that COD was not ready/rejected. As the material was so urgent and that was the only reason , we have sent the material through DTDC , Due to DTDC non responsiveness , we and customer are in problem. All the communication numbers given by your customer executive are wrong , Almost 90% phones are switched Off and balance are never lifting the calls. Worst services Offered by DTDC !!! 100 thumbs down for your horrible experience.

Since 5 days the delivery tracking shows out for delivery but still no clue where it is and we are not able to contact dtdc for this as they are not picking up any call. Worst service ever.

Bakvas service ,, instead of sending my courier to vapi and it was specified on it along with pincode they send it to pune and then they send it to Ahmedbad ... if they cant keep educated employees then why are the running the firm ... its 6 days pass still we have no received the parcel . I had already paid 120 rs they charge so high but in service they are very poor ,, plz dnt send your courier by them ... when i went to office they were like its my fault no there ,,....Try to improve or close your firm Rakhi
