Unprofessional service. Expects customer to collect the packages from their office and home delivery is denied for petty reasons. While services like Blue Dart, Amazon and DTPC can deliver at the doorstep, only Professional courier services have issues like delivery guy being already on another route, delivery address not along the main road and all. While the request seemed reasonable during the initial days of the pandemic, the service provider seems to have taken unfair advantage of the situation asking the customers to collect the packages even today and have forgotten the fact that the price paid by the sender is inclusive of all costs to deliver AT the address and not the other way.

Very bad service. I had sent a letter to kottayam from ramanattukara. Though the very next day It has reached their nearby courier office, but they didn't handover to the recipient. Also, when I asked them to return back, they even failed to return it. It took more than a month now, I don't get it until now. I suggest customers to use any other courier service.

Very abd experience, they said they will bring the courier to Kochi the next day itself and they asked for fast courie payment and it only reached after 2 days, from Ramanattukara to Kochi
