Bogus service.. My parcel was lying in DTDC since 10 days but they didn't contact me. Finally when I contacted him, his phone was saying switched off.. I have never seen bogus and careless service. We take the services of DTDC to complete our important work as soon as possible but what do we get...nothing...money goes and work is not done on time. I request you all not to take their services even in your dreams. The parcel does not arrive. 00000000 rating....shame on you DTDC... CLOSE YOUR SERVICES IF YOU CAN'T MAINTAIN STANDEES AND FASTER SERVICE... 3 RD CLASS ..BAKWAS ...rubbish.... GO TO HELL.... .

We take the services of DTDC to complete our important work as soon as possible but what do we get...nothing...money goes and work is not done on time. No one received call. I tried more than 10 times in 5-6 days continuously even sent messages. Finally I told the adjacent shop owner and he said the staff came in morning to collect courier and keep it close for entire day. No home delivery. I have to visit the shop to collect it and most of the time shop was closed. Finally when it was opened then they were not finding my parcel. Finally I got my courier in next visit. Worst service. Hope there could be zero star.
