Horrible service by TCI Express. Even though my courier had reached Bangalore by 19th October (as reflected on their website), they didn't deliver it till 26th and that too after multiple follow ups. On top of this, when requested them to open and keep the package at a specific place (as it was a big item and they had taken extra delivery charges) the delivery boy refused extremely rudely and proceeded to take the package back. I will definitely never use the service of this company and in case you are a business wanting to use their services for delivery of your orders to your customers, be rest assured that the attitude and pathetic service of TCI Express will cost you your clients.
