I would like to bring the notice to the owner that your guest house is fine in actuality the only problem is the maintenance. If you invest some in cleaning the rooms, provide new bedsheets and towels, and some painting on the walls I would guarantee the guest house will make a great stay for people. With that maintenance, you can raise the cost of the room which would make this a place perfect place to stay.

The advantage of this stay is that it is located in one of the busiest locality that is near the government estate metro station. The property is located in Ellis road which is known for popular stays in chennai. At this place you will get the accomodation at lesser price compared to other areas of Chennai. They have option for ac and non ac rooms.

The locality is not great. The building itself not so great. After seeing the reception, did not even bothered to checkout how the room is. I did not get any refund, but i still decided to go find another hi Otel. The staff who was there is the exact opposite of welcoming. He was on sofa, playing Pubg and even after saying we have a booking, he continued with his game and did not asked to sit or wait or anything. Had to shout 'excuse me' after few minutes to get his attention. A used mineral water bottle was filled right infront of us and given to us. Don't go to this palce, unless all you care about is the budget.

I would have given 0 stars but that was not possible. Worst ever hotel i could have booked ever. Only because of fake reviews on Booking.com was i tricked into booking. The rooms are dirty, dingy, and smell of smoke. Worst idea even for a bachelor. Infact even if you just want to use the washroom for 5 min, do NOT go to this hotel. Strangest part - I wasn't able to add review on Booking.com.

It's a budget friendly place, but not a good one. Though the bed and linens are neat, the walls are dirty and the bathroom is very congested. They have water dispenser available. But during check in, they give water in a used packaged water bottle that had no seal. They probably keep reusing the packaged drinking water bottle refilling it from the dispenser. This is definitely unacceptable! Stay here only if you are very concerned about your wallet and find this place close to your work.

Pathetic experience.. Extremely Rude behaviour of the receptionist or manager, Urgent read it completely to know my honest experience. I booked through booking.com and called them for confirmation.my train was late i told i would check-in late at night by 11:30 pm or 12 am in the night.he told you have to pay advance for confirmation as there is only one room and your are checking in late but in booking.com it was already mentioned that checkin time is 12pm to 12am which is within range only but he forced me and out of panic i paid the advance of 500 as i was reaching at midnight and for the first time to chennai.when i reached there he asked for booking number and took my phone and cancelled the booking so that i won't be able to give review later on without any booking ID. I didn't think at that time because i was just checking in.later in the evening i went out with my friends to explore and i came late by 12 am in the night and found that he closed the shutter ..this is the first time i have seen shutter in hotels ..i called him to open he talked Rudely and came down to open.Then next day i had to check-out but due to train waiting list i decided to extend a day and he agreed.later by 12:30pm i decided to leave as i could not get the ticket for next day also.i called him and told that i would check out he told you have to pay full as it is next day now and hung up.he came to my room and shouted and told that you have to pay full as i lost one customer who came at 11:30am...(he was lying) also he shouted and told that the A.C is ON.i told him we could talk and i'll pay some amount for that 1 hr but he spoke rudely and went away.Even though I was paying for my stay he was behaving as if i was staying there for free.I went down and paid the full amount and stayed there only as i made full payment.later in the evening i went out again and this time i called him at 11:30pm to tell to not close the shutter he told where are you i told i'll be there in 10 minutes he told your 10 minutes will be 1 hour.i gave the phone to my tamil friend to explain him the location he spoke to him also rudely and told who is this.Again he called in 5 min to check for our location and then when reached he was looking in a rude way.The location is not at all safe for solo female traveller as it is a slum area and nothing to eat or go nearby walking distance.i'm female and was there for first time alone so didn't knew about it and booked based on reviews on booking.com .No matter what don't stay here the manager/receptionist Vijesh is a horrible person. Doesn't know how to behave or talk to girls and that too alone he was very rude.I was really scared Because of him and the location also i could not freely stay out at night as he used to put down the shutter..for cleanliness it was average but smokes used to come out of rooms as they allowed to smoke in room and staff also good except that rude receptionist(Vijesh).i could not rate on booking.com as he cancelled my booking but i'm writing here to let the truth out there.Although the rates are cheap please never stay here .

Nice place to stay my office was shifed to mount road so I stayed here for exactly 4 months. Rooms are great with reasonable price . If u felt room is hot just open the windows then night time u will feel cool

Hi, I stayed here for 2 days.i just paid 525 after discount per day.Room is worth for money.If some one wants room only to sleep after roaming,it's good enough. Hospitality was good. But the main draw back is salt water for bath.But they provide you can water for drinking. There is a palcony where many wires r running and moreover it's so small that not even full door of palcony opens.

Water quality is very bad highly salty water u cant even wash your face with that. Staff is very unprofessional , no wi-fi, no oyo kit, no food service, no towels,..even they didn't provide blankets (blanket are provide only in AC room as told by hotel receptionist) ... Ya one more thing they don't allow unmarried couples (even when they r listed as couple friendly on oyo) what a joke.. I gave one star bcz Google don't allow less than one.
