I don't think they have manner to discuss politely. I think charges extremely high for parcel. Booked laptop from samastipur dtdc office to pune and charged around 1850rs without insurance and if i book through App 586rs only of premium booking. So I think they have charger too much anyway i can not explain the reason behind this extra charges but as urgency booked through counter only let's see how many days require to receive my parcel and accordingly I will update service and timing finder review. i booked the parcel on 17th October 22 as of today (21 October 22 ) not receive the parcel so better to got with other vendor or do with post office. Even not clear with status as after 18th there is no status updated for the same as in transit state.
