ECOM express did a fraud with me, they didn't delivered the parcel and they say that the parcel has been delivered to you. I got delivery message on 4 October 2021 but they didn't delivered it and claiming that they delivered it. And customer service is also worst again and again I raised a complaint but they didn't take any action against my complaint. I'm unhappy and unsatisfied with there service. Never take a service from ECOM express in future.😡😠😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬
