Worst courier service ever experienced. Their team never follows up things no matter how many times u call them to remind. My parcel was stuck at customs which was not even informed to me for days. I myself had to track it and make them proceed after multiple calls and mails. Moreover, after reaching the destination city, it took many days for delivery and multiple calls from my side to deliver the parcel. Everyday wrong status was put up on the link claiming delivery refused by recipient and that too when neither anyone came to deliver the product nor called me up. And when the delivery agent was asked he simply could not answer why this was done. All this delay was after my continuous tracking, multiple reminders via calls and mails. Really disappointed and would prefer not to use their service in future.
