Very bad/rude behaviour from staff.not reliable services.they are not willing to serve the product to their/route.If you want to collect your package,if you wish come and collect from their office.We can't track our parcel because they put "delivered",in website, before it reach our hands.so our package delay....too...Main line is we paid money from our booking office ony the condition that it may reach our home/office. These "Goons" break the condition,and play "blackgame" towards the package.It effect our package, valuable time.etc.if u are a victim hold our hands to raise against these "Goons,culture less idiots" buy putting joint petition in Consumer court. These set up of "staff" running in a society is a big threat for illiterate/poor/senior citizens of the society in their Surroundings/route.So..Society../readers.. raise you 🤚✊ Unlawful..

The courier charge is very high and staffs behavior is very bad. They will try to add extra charges for packing even if you packed it very well. I have sent a Laptop to Trivandrum and they took around 680Rs. I think DTDC is very cheaper and best service in Thalassery. They charges only 200 Rs for courier weight up to 5 Kg and it is safer than Professional Courier.

Products wont get delivered even after a week, call customer care / this bloody people sitting in office they wont attend calls, you need to visit their office to get your courrier update. You guys are worst courrier partner ever seen in my life. 20th March courrier was sent from Thalassery to Bangalore and its 28th now, still there is no communication. Check my photo uploaded and get it escalated please.
