Very very bad service..they took 450/- for 4kg..for home delivery but didn't delivery to home..i am the one went and puck up. They just kept that parcel with them and dtdc status wrongly updayed as customer refused the parcel..i made lot od wrotten and oral complaints to head office..even they didn't respond as they should..beyter use other delivery service with are performing very well..better stop using dtdc

Tracking online was of no use. Sloth is faster than the updates of dtdc online tracker. When called my nearby DTDC offices, it never connected. Delhi branch picked up my call and said we have no information to share with you as the systems are down. I had to spend 7-8,000 rupees because of all this mess.

worst service in dtdc tatiband branch my parcel is in tatibandh branch Raipur dtdc but still not delivered in city new rajendra nagar Raipur. and they behave is very bad they don't care about the customer at all the tatiband branch never respond to the phone calls . unprofessionalisn... worst courier service shut down your tatibandh dtdc branch if you can't fulfill the criteria .
