Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over there is not cooperative even they don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 3 rooms for 3 days but after having great experience we checked out in morning very next day They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one day and a loats of complaints. No Geysers working in Any room, (they have main switch of geyser and switch on for 15 min.) YOU ARE LUCKEY IF YOU GET A FULL BUCKET OF HOT WATER Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Stay in Pine tree hotel was good experience. Staff there was very helpful and cooperative. Food was also very tasty. Rooms were in good condition. View from there was fantastic

Worst experience. I had planning to stay for 3 days in mussoorie but I need to change hotel on next day and need to find another hotel. Electricity problem is there in every 15-20 minutes. Worst staff behaviour as it is not a hotel. 2-3 loafers are handling this 7-8 rooms and behaving very badly.

Worst hotel. Nothing else can define it. The staff was rude and had no sense of responsibility. They refused to give us our requested room and all the rooms are dirty and a room with TV is known as their 'smart' room. Request to all to never book this hotel since it's not even a hotel. Motel would be a better name to it.
