Pathetic response from the Navkar Avenue,Bavdhan DTDC service. I need to apply for a VISA and need to submit my OLD passport to a consultant in Mumbai. When I approached the DTDC at Bavdhan, firstly they asked me for INR 575. Fortunately, before 1 week, I sent my "NEW" passport for INR 450 through BLUEDART. I asked the RUDE young lady (in Jeans) then she said It's only INR 575. I have taken the picture of the BLUEDART receipt, which I showed to her.  In the discussion, when other customers looked into me and in this conversation , the same young lady said DTDC doesn't accept any passports.  I was surprised by this behavior so I left and I visited Pashan Gaon DTDC (nearby COSMOS bank) . They (Mr Mankar DTDC ) only charged me INR 250. This is AMAZING. BAVDHAN DTDC Cost INR 575 and PASHAN DTDC INR 250. "DAL MAIN KUCH KAALA HAIN". I generally don't put NEGATIVE reviews but wrong is WRONG. STOP THIS LOOTBAZI. Sometimes some POOR people need to send important documents ....maybe this post will do corrective actions on DTDC and help the needy.

This place charges rates very high. I was told rs 1700 would be charged to ship a laptop bag to gurgaon. I got the the same shipped from another DTDC outlet in rs.500. do not understand the charging mechanism these guys used. Staff is extremely rude, especially the lady staff at the counter. They charge as per their mood. One should be vary of visiting this place, pls check rates at other service providers near by.

I visited this place for my Courier since India Post had some server issue. Though the price is flat three time that of Speed post, but it's OK in case of urgency. They charged ₹150 for 3 pages document weighing just 18 grams. Rest all I found they quickly checked my home location pin code which is in remotest part of India. The delivery was successfull in 4 working days so I am happy with the speed.

Absolutely pathetic service. I sent a courier via DTDC to Australia on 19th July 2022. My courier hasn't reached till date. I was told by the DTDC person Pallavi that it will take 5 working days to reach Australia. It's day 10 today n I don't know the status of my courier. The lady (Pallavi) on phone doesn't know anything and says that I should wait. How many more days should I have to wait. I don't understand why do these people give false commitment . Really disappointed by the way my concern is being handled. Ms. Pallavi is rude n not fit to handle customer grievances. Please give her training on how to handle customer service.

Pathetic experience I had in this place. I had my parcel of hardly 1 kg which I am in no hurry to reach at my desired delivery address. The staff had multiple reasons to cover the costs of delivery as express which I was not needing and were adding miscellaneous expenses like goons... I have sent my parcels thru DTDC other branches for much lesser than what these guys were charging me for. Stop going to this DTDC bavdhan. Its a pathetic place. If DTDC sees this then please make changes in who you give your franchise to. My consignment was not supposed to be beyond 600 rs but they were charging more than 1400 whatsoever. The staff was way too rude and comparing themselves to other courier services as "There is a difference between Tulsi Bagh and Mall". Save your money and switch over to other delivery courier services.
